If you upload MPEG2 the Archive's server automatically make derivatives to MPEG1 and two bitrates of MPEG4. I would suggest you upload the MPEG2 versions, as that will fit in with the Feature Film and Prelinger section and it will be the best quality since derivative encodes will have additional artifacts.
